WEEK 2010

M.I.C.E Week 2010 for Higher Secondary section will be starting from 21 - 28 Sept. 2010. Opening function held at Electric Indoor Stadium on 21.9.2010 9:30 am and Closing function will be held at Chanmari YMA Hall on 28.9.2010. Students were distributed into Four houses ie.Red,Blue,Yellow and Green House. Different Houses will be compete in different diciplines.

HALF YEARLY EXAM 2010

Half Yearly Examination 2010 was commence from 16 - 24 August 2010 for Classes XI & XII. This Examintion will be used as Selection Test for Class XII. Result will be declared on 31st August 2010.

OBSERVATION ON INTERNATIONAL DAY AGAINST DRUG ABUSE & ILLICIT HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Our School NSS Unit Observed Internatinal Days Against Drugs Abuse & Illicit Human Trafficking on 25.6.2010 by organising Pledge at School Assembly and Poster Competition.

BLOOD DONATION

Our School NSS Unit organised Voluntary Blood Donation on 24.6.2010 for Aizawl Civil Hospital. 30 units of blood were donated. 23 males and 7 females.

GREEN MIZORAM DAY

Green Mizoram Day was observed on 16.6.2010 at Lammual area by our School NSS Unit(Class XI'Lotus') with the guidance of Sir RSA, Sir Chhuantea and Miss Mamuani.

CONGRATULATION

Our Principal Shri Dohmingthanga received 'Most Hindi Propagation Excellent Award' from Lt.General M.M Lakhera on 14th June 2010 at Governor Residence. We are very pround of and congratulate from all the Staffs of Mizoram Institute of Comprehensive Education.

NSS ACTIVITIES

Our School NSS Unit constructed Resting Shed at Aizawll Doordharsan Kendra, Durtlang. It was completed on 11th May 2010. NSS Unit going to organised Special Camping on next week.

CONDOLENCE

Sir Lalthanzuala, Lecturer HSS mother Lalbiaktluangi(75) passed away on 11th May 2010 2:00 am at Aizawl Civil Hospital. She was suffered Lung Cancer. Her funeral was done on the same day at 1:00 pm at her residence. We hope to meet her in the next world.

SCHOOL RE-OPEN

School will be re-open for Class XI & XII from 3rd May 2010. All the students and Lecturers are requested to come on time. Regurlar classes will be starting from the first day.

NEW VICE-PRINCIPAL

From April 2010 our School having a new Vice-Principal Mr.Lungngailova, Upper Republic Aizawl. He was currently Lecturer HSS in J.L Higher Secondary School. We are happy, thankful and hoping a good co-operation in the coming future. We are also sure that our School will have some benefits in one way or the other.

ADMISSION FOR CLASS XI & XII

Admission for Class XI & XII will be taken from 14 - 16 April 2010, 10:30 am - 3:00 pm. No seats will be researved if admission is not taken within the given date. Fees for Arts stream will be around Rs.980 and for Science Rs.1300.

CLASS XI RESULT

Class XI'Arts'&'Sc' Result will be declare on 6th April 2010(Tue) 10:00 am. Successful candidate will be given admission on 14-16 April 2010, 10:30 am - 3:00 pm.

Class XI Arts and Science stream Examination will be starting from 1st March 2010 till 24th March 2010. Result will be declared on 6th April 2010 and Admission for successful candidates will be open from 14-16 April 2010. 2010-2011 session will be commence from 3rd May 2010 for Class XI & XII.

PARENT'S TEACHER'S MEETING

There will be Parent's Teahcer's Meeting on 19th January 2010(Tue) 10:00 am - 12:00 noon for Class XII'Arts' and 1:00 pm - 3:00pm for Class XII'Sc'. This meeting was called due to bad result of Pre-Board Examination held in December 2009. All the students and parents are requested and notify to attend this meeting without failed.
